If your account was blocked for whatever reason, you still stand a good chance to re-enable it by writing to disabled@facebook.com and warning@facebook.com. Give them some time, as they must be very busy, be nice and polite, and write again if you don't hear from them in three/four days.
I was blocked couple of times. The last time it took me longer than 10 days to get it back. Luckily, I got it back.
Hopefully, they will improve and stop blocking hyper active users and consider their track record too.
Below are examples of the messages you receive when you account is successfully restored.
Facebook has limits in place to prevent behaviour that other users may find annoying or abusive. These limits restrict the rate at which you can use certain features on the site. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with the specific rates that have been deemed abusive.
Your account was disabled because you exceeded Facebook's limits on multiple occasions when sending friend requests, despite having been warned to slow down.
However, after reviewing your situation, we have reactivated your account, and you should now be able to log in. Please be aware that if your account is disabled again, we will not be able to reactivate it. Once logged in, please slow down the rate at which you send friend requests.
Please note that Facebook accounts are meant for authentic usage only. This means that we expect accounts to reflect mainly "real-world" contacts (i.e. your family, schoolmates, co-workers, etc.), rather than mainly "internet-only" contacts. As stated on our home page, Facebook is a social utility that connects you with the people around you, not a "social networking site". It is meant to help reinforce pre-existing social connections, not build large groups of new ones. If this is in direct contrast to what you expected as legitimate Facebook usage, I apologize for any confusion. This is simply the intention behind the site. We appreciate your cooperation going forward.
Thanks for your understanding,
Lauren

Your account was disabled because you took repeated actions that could be construed as spam. For instance, it is a violation of Facebook's Terms of Use to repeatedly send the same message or to make the same post. Facebook prides itself in protecting users from spam, and we take this standard very seriously.
However, after reviewing your situation, we have reactivated your account, and you should now be able to log in. Please refrain from sending the same message or repeating the same post, as further violations of our Terms will result in your account being permanently disabled.
Please also be aware that when a warning message appears on your home page, it will generally be displayed for 24 hours. It can be displayed for longer, however, if you continue to perform these actions. We appreciate your cooperation going forward.
Thanks for your understanding,
Taylor
